In a medical emergency, current clients or potential clients should immediately call 911or go to the nearest emergency room.

Yes, Virtual sessions are available for clients who prefer to meet from the comfort of their own home. Virtual clients must meet certain criteria. Contact me for more information.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and any questions you have. You can go at your own pace. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

This depends on your needs and goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust over time.

Your privacy is very important to us. We abide by all laws and ethics regarding confidentiality. There are exceptions to confidentiality that include:
Harming yourself or others
Abuse or neglect
Court order for release of information
Peer consultations
*Couples* We have a no secrets policy which means anything disclosed to your therapist individually is subject to be addressed in the couple’s counseling session.
