Meet your Therapist…

Hi, I’m Jasmine, and I’m a native of Gulfport, MS. I am a mother of two and a dog mom. In my free time, I enjoy golf-carting around Ocean Springs, trying new restaurants, cooking new recipes, playing video games, supporting my children in their extracurricular activities, watching Judge Judy, and taking a quick drive to New Orleans or Pensacola Beach.

I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with support, understanding, and practical tools for growth. I work with children, adults, and couples using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, meeting each client where they are and tailoring sessions to their unique needs.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns.

I have served in settings such as local school districts, military bases, behavioral hospital, community mental health, group private practice, and in a non-profit.
